My fitness journey started out as a member of the north lakes gym. I attended lots of classes and needed to lose a little weight, I managed to reach my goals with my weight loss and healthy eating.
I like to exercise so much and taking part in classes that I decided I would like to go into fitness as a career. I studied for two years as well as working to pass my level 2 fitness instructor and on to do my level 3 personal trainer qualification. I am now a full time personal trainer and I love to teach classes as well and loving every minute to help people to achieve their goals.
I specialise in interval training to fluctuate the heart rate to burn more calories and use weights to tone the body and aid weight loss.
