Sculpt’s Bootcamp is back for 2016!
Sculpt’s very own outdoor military style Bootcamp runs throughout the Summer months every year.

Sculpt Bootcamp makes use of different kinds of equipment than that which is normally used including:
Tug of war
This is a great way to try something different in your quest to burn fat, tone up and get fit whether by yourself or with friends - don’t be put off by what you may have seen on the TV - we cater for all levels of fitness and will make sure that you work hard, have a load of fun in the fresh air and have you coming back for more!!
If you’re thinking of doing any military assault course style event: Born Survivor, Total Warrior etc, then this is a great way of preparing you for either the 10K or 10M challenge.
So, clear your mind, fire up your body and come along to our Bootcamp sessions held at Penrith Rugby Club:
