HIIT training can be introduced in many ways to your programme, such as in Cardio Training you may complete 30/60/90 seconds at a higher intensity on various CV equipment followed by a rest period. This is monitored and adapted by Tracy who will push you to train harder and more efficiently than you likely would alone. HIIT is not just limited to Cardio but can be applied to condition the abs, Legs or a full body work out.
