30 minute Boxercise Training
This training type is a Boxercise based Interval Training routine. The session comprises 30 second rounds of boxing/kickboxing with rest periods and preparation for the next round. Its exciting challenging and great for toning and fat stripping, especially at the core. This is all completed within a short 30 minute workout and can be a great way to train in itself or as part of your other training routines.
This type of training is available in 1-1 PT or as group PT.
